What’s New in Season 29?

Season 29 of Global Village has been bursting up with even more exciting additions, setting the stage for a fantastic run over the next few months. Here’s what you can look forward to this year:

1. Brand New Pavilions: Get ready to experience and explore 30 pavilions with three new additions this year, namely, Jordan, Iraq, and Sri Lanka & Bangladesh. This expansion adds even more diversity, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the unique cultures, crafts, and cuisines of the newly introduced nations.

2. Cultural Performances: Global Village is known for its diverse lineup of performances, and this year is no different. From traditional dances to modern music, you’ll witness spectacular shows from various parts of the world, including India, Korea, Europe, and Japan. Be sure to catch the live performances on the main stage throughout the season.

3. Carnival and Rides: The Carnaval is back with new rides and brand-new adventures, with now over 200 rides and games perfect for kids and thrill-seekers alike. Global Village isn’t just about culture and performances – it’s also a food lover’s dream come true. With over 200 food outlets serving dishes from all across the globe, you'll find everything from Turkish kebabs to Indian street food and Italian pizzas. Timings

The Global Village experience is available seven days a week, making it convenient for all. Timings are as follows:

• Sundays to Wednesdays: 4 pm to 12 am

• Thursdays to Saturdays & Public Holidays: 4 pm to 1 am

• Global Village's fireworks will happen every Friday and Saturday at 9 pm.

New Ticket Prices

There has been an increase in ticket prices compared to last year. In Season 28, online tickets cost AED 22.50 for weekday passes and AED 27 for any-day passes. This year, Season 29 tickets will cost:

• Weekday pass (valid from Sunday-Thursday, excluding public holidays): AED 25

• Any-day pass: AED 30

• However, children under 3, seniors above 65, and People of Determination can still enjoy free entry, ensuring that Global Village remains accessible to all.
